Ben joined Bluegem in 2022 and currently holds the position of Manager and Conducting Officer at Bluegem Capital (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., the AIFM of Bluegem located in Luxembourg, with key responsibilities including Compliance and AML-CFT oversight.

Before joining Bluegem, Ben accumulated extensive experience in operations and management within UCITS Fund Management Companies and AIFMs, serving as a Compliance Manager. He also worked in the private banking sector as an internal control specialist. Ben began his professional journey as a consultant at EY, undertaking assignments in Luxembourg, Paris, and Algiers.

Ben is an ALCO member (Luxembourg Association of Compliance Officers), he holds a Master Class Compliance Officer in the Financial Sector certificate (M3) and a master’s degree in economics and business administration from the ICN Business School in Nancy.
