Value Creation Focus

Lapo is focused on portfolio management, mainly on M&A, financing transactions and special projects. He has consulted with Italian portfolio companies since 2019 and serves as member of the board in Beautynova group and Dr.Vranjes Firenze. In addition to this, since 2020 he is also in charge of sustainability for Bluegem and since 2023 he covers M&A and financing transactions across Bluegem’s portfolio.

In his career Lapo worked as a London-based investment banker at UBS and Citi and executed M&A, leveraged finance, debt and equity capital markets transactions across the EMEA region. He has also held senior corporate roles at blue chip companies with responsibility over financial and business development functions.

Lapo holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau and Singapore and an MSc in Economics & Finance from LUISS University in Rome.
