Béaba Group acquires Childhome BV

Bluegem is pleased to announce that the Béaba Group (a company backed by Bluegem III) acquired the Belgian childcare company Childhome (www.childhome.com) on 22 December 2020.
The takeover can count on a lot of enthusiasm from both parties. This collaboration will combine the strengths of two established brands in baby and children's products. Both Childhome and Béaba bring high-quality and innovative products to the market, complementing each other's offers.
Today, the entire Childhome range consists of 500 products and is available in more than 60 countries worldwide. Childhome is known worldwide for its Mommy Bag collection and award-winning Evolu chair collection. Béaba has as many products as Childhome in its range and is active in 70 countries worldwide. The company is mainly known for their Babycook steam cooker, meal ranges and the Up & Down bouncer. The core values of both companies are very similar: bringing safe and products to the market with a design that immediately catches the eye.
