Liberty appoints new CEO

Liberty London has appointed former Luxottica CEO Adil Mehboob-Khan as its new chief executive officer.

Prior to joining luxury eyewear retailer Luxottica in 2014, Mehboob-Khan was CEO of hair products group Wella for four years and vice-president of beauty for Europe at Procter & Gamble for six years.

“Few, if any, companies have Liberty London’s rich and storied heritage. With its landmark central London store, unique fabrics business and exclusive Liberty London collection, this national icon has significant global potential. I am thrilled to join at such an exciting time,”

said Adil Mehboob-Khan.
