Stephen Cooper joined Bluegem Capital Partners LLP as Financial Controller in October 2022.

Prior to joining Bluegem, Stephen worked in the Fund Finance and Insights & Portfolio teams at Montagu Private Equity, gaining over ten years of experience in both fund operations and portfolio analysis.

Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance and Business Administration from the University of Kent, Canterbury, and is a Chartered Accountant.
